About the CWOA

The Central Wisconsin Officials Association was formed in 1966 to aid in the education and development of sports officials in Central Wisconsin.

 

In the fall, the focus is on Football, with three meetings.  Topics include rule discussion and mechanics.

 

The winter focus is on Basketball, again with three meetings.

 

Spring season centers around Baseball and Softball with two meetings, one dedicated to each sport.

 

Throughout the year clinics are offered to help officials gain valuable knowledge and game type experiences.

 

As an organization, we try to standardize and impliment the "best practices" that can help facilitate games in a proper and equitable manner.
